Boggs
Re-shaped Strat to get away from their headstocks but retain a bit of familiarity for traditionalists... Thoughts?
Rick500
I like it! Completely personal preference, but if it were mine, I'd make the very slightly convex curve along the bottom of your logo, even less convex or maybe even flat or slightly concave. avengers63
This is just my taste, but I personally don't like headstocks that imitate or too closely resemble the well known Strat & Tele shapes.

Dadovfor
It's not a million miles from the design I did for my daughter's build ... but, there's very little under the sun that is truly new.

avengers63
You think these do? Re-shaped Strat to get away from their headstocks but retain a bit of familiarity for traditionalists... Thoughts? Yes, and by your words your intention is to remind the viewer of the Strat headstock. I hope you understand that I'm not trying to be mean or spiteful here. IPA or death
Reminds me of the Sadowsky headstocks for his Strat and Tele style guitars. Yours is like the CBS big headstock Sadowsky, not that there's anything wrong with that. I do like your headstock in other words. ProfDrum
Reminds me of the Washburn N4 headstock, with a few "trimming in"s.

The big difference in mine is in the point of the flares from the nut are far more rounded on mine giving a much more flowing line. It also slims the headstock quite significantly. There is only so much real estate in a 6-inline headstock and I feel I distinguished it from the rest pretty nicely while giving the hint of the classic... Boggs
Here is how it would look on a CB-II... The neck pocket and bottom still have jig extensions on them... It's just pressed into place... This also does not have the new configuration where the neck is 3/4" further back and the horns shortened slightly...
