krazyderek Posted October 2, 2003 Report Share Posted October 2, 2003 why do you need a to scale DXF? it's essnetially just 2 rectanges overlaping each other, i made my own using the following measurements i came up with from the pickups i own, i use a 1/16 side wall thick bushing on my router for direct mounting cavitites or you could just use the template with a template router bit for regular covered pickups BTW the best way to make this yourself is using a straight edge/square and a flush trim bit, these measurements work best with a 1/4" flush trim, and 1/4"template cutter when routing the wood) THIS PICTURE IS NOT TO SCALE Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
