I want to have a warm blues/county sound can anybody point me in the right direction as what pickups to use and what matarial to use for the nut. I use a Hot rail, vintage single coil, and a duckbucker in my strat.. the hot rail is F'n awesome, and oddly enough the ducks got alot of gain.. a nice 59 or JB would suit your needs, but honestly Id go on there and listen to samples.
