spyykko
I've been told that in Europe (especially in the Eastern Europe, e.g. in former Ygoslavia) grows a lot of good quality spruce and (flamed) maple. However I have found only one european supplier for tonewoods, Riwoods in Italy. Are there any other good suppliers for tonewoods in Europe? It seems a bit stupid for me to buy my flame maple top woods, or birdseye neck blanks from the States, if I could get as good stuff from Europe with smaller shipping costs. All links to good european tonewood suppliers are greatly appreciated. -- Seppo
M_A_T_T
I just cleaned out my favorites of overseas suppliers, I'll see if I can find them again. EDIT: heres one https://www.tonewood.sk/index.php Edited October 24, 2005 by M_A_T_T

Mattia
Aww, shucks. Thanks man. Mind you, if anyone has more to add, I'm always up for even more sources that don't require transatlantic shipping and 20% in duties and VAT to be paid at the door
